Meat rendang recipes
material:
1 kg of meat, the thigh / gandik
2 ½ liters of coconut milk from 2 coconuts
½ finger galangal, crushed
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
1 turmeric leaf
Kandis acid (Java)
Seasoning mashed:
20 spring onions
6 cloves garlic
1 cm turmeric, ginger
300 grams red chilli, mashed
salt to taste
How To Make Meat Rendang Recipe:
Cut meat into pieces, square 4 x 4 2 ½ cm thick.
Take the skillet and place the pieces of meat, spices that have been crushed earlier. Pour coconut milk into it, then galangal, lemongrass, turmeric and tamarind leaves.
